Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written)
- English proficiency
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within travel or online booking platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
