As HR Operations Specialist, you’ll shape the employee experience, owning the day-to-day running of People Operations, from onboarding and everyday support to core programs, compliance, and payroll inputs. You’ll build processes, workflows, and solutions to simplify work and improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist role
- Comfortable owning things end-to-end
- Confidence with systems, spreadsheets, and data
- Ability to build processes, workflows, and simple solutions
- Proactive and self-directed
- Empathy and good judgement in supporting people
