As a Project Manager, you will manage new orders for business customers across our range of services, taking ownership of orders from initiation to completion, and eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
- Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
