Mercier Consultancy MD seeks motivated Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join their team supporting a leading consumer electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Passion for consumer electronics and technology.
