Raffles Udaipur is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales to lead sales operations in Udaipur, India. The successful candidate will drive organizational revenue growth, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, and build and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies that identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and drive sustainable revenue growth and business expansion across all market segments
• Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team by providing coaching on negotiation, communication, and closing techniques
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Manage sales contracts, proposals, and agreements; ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze market data, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and competitive advantage in service offerings
• Set, monitor, and achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs); prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and comprehensive performance reports for senior management
• Oversee budget management and P&L responsibility for the sales division; allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Build and scale sales operations infrastructure, including systems, processes, and tools; implement CRM solutions and sales management programs to enhance team productivity
