As a Media/AI Consultant/Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our German & English speaking customers and enable them to extract the full value of our AI-based platform.
Requirements
- Several years of experience (>3 years) in performance marketing (agency or advertiser side)
- Strong communication skills in German and a genuine enjoyment of client-facing work
- A proactive mindset and the drive to advise customers with high-quality solutions
- Curiosity about AI and automation
- Very strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- German at a native level and business-fluent English
