WORKABLE
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead technology delivery for our new portfolio, leveraging blockchain and digital asset technology to deliver a new customer experience to customers in expansion markets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 4+ years in a leadership role at a digital bank, modern payments company, crypto exchange, regulated fintech, or embedded finance platform
- Financial services and crypto experience
- Proven full-stack engineering experience
- Multi-vendor orchestration leadership
- Demonstrated experience hiring and building remote and hybrid engineering teams
- Experience operating inside regulated fintechs across multiple jurisdictions
- An AI-native operating mode
- A ‘build like a founder’ approach
