Impulsar el crecimiento comercial de ReKluti en LATAM, conectando empresas con nuestras soluciones de:
✅ Staffing especializado
✅ Hunting Ejecutivo
✅ Talent Acquisition
✅ Expansión de equipos y outsourcing
💼 Lo que harás:
- Prospectar y generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales
• Abrir conversaciones con líderes y tomadores de decisión
• Detectar necesidades de contratación y expansión
• Presentar soluciones estratégicas de talento
• Acompañar el proceso comercial hasta el cierre
✨ Buscamos perfiles que tengan:
• Experiencia comercial B2B
- Perfil hunter y orientación a resultados
• Habilidades de negociación y networking
• Autonomía y mentalidad de crecimiento
• Experiencia en staffing, recruitment, RRHH o tecnología (deseable)
