Under general supervision, the Owner Partner Relations Team Lead will provide support to the Owner Partner Relations Management with managing relationships with new and existing homeowners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support Client Relations Team in qualifying leads and negotiations with owners

Confirm availability and pricing of suitable options for active client requests (by communicating with owners and partners via text, email, or call)

Develop client proposals using the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and correct prioritization of tasks

Support director in charge in managing guest contracts, financial, post-booking process, and owner booking contracts

Collaborate with Home Experience Team on showings/property inspections during the negotiating and/or closing process and ensure all mutual expectations are met

Build strong relationships with owners while keeping them engaged and informed about company updates

Assist manager in charge of special projects

Manage the preparation of financials in CRM and send closing reports to the Owner
Requirements
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS
-
3+ years experience in hospitality, business development, real estate, sales, or related background preferred

Experience with high luxury or high net worth owners is preferred but not required

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills

Strong experience in CRM, Google Suite and other organizational tools

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Multi-tasking capabilities and work effectively under deadlines

Focuses and works together with team members in accomplishing work objectives.

Sets high standards of performance for self-assuming responsibility and accountability.
