- Installs, debugs, and performs technical maintenance on hardware and software products and components.
- Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs of products within an assigned territory.
- Inspects products to verify proper functioning and resolves detected issues or escalates according to established procedure.
- Programs services, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided and understanding of the product’s operation.
