We are looking for a Customer Operations Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role involves efficiently managing workload, prioritizing urgent requests, and ensuring timely responses, while striving to meet or exceed daily/weekly workload targets and response times.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a busy phone-based environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proactive and self-starting mentality
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with team members, specialists, and other departments
