NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Lead Architect AI to work remotely from México with our global client.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled software development frameworks, integrating Spec-Driven Development (SDD) across the entire software lifecycle
• Integrate AI capabilities into development platforms (e.g., GitHub) for automated code generation, testing, and integration workflows
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions based on Spec-Driven Development
• Drive adoption of AI-based practices across projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and maximizing efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical alignment
• Implement and promote the use of tools such as OpenSpec or similar
• Design scalable and resilient cloud-native architectures
• Oversee DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Provide technical mentorship to developers and engineers

Requirements

• Strong experience in Spec-Driven Development or similar approaches
• Experience with OpenSpec or equivalent tools

– Practical knowledge of GitHub Copilot

• Software development background (hands-on coding)
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures: * Microservices * Containerization
• Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms * CI/CD and DevOps * Immutable infrastructure –

Desirable

• Preferred: Cloud Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Preferred: AI / Machine Learning-related certifications
