Job Summary
We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This is a remote digital marketing job ideal for candidates with experience in performance marketing, paid social media campaigns, and data-driven ad optimization.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling high-performing ad campaigns that generate leads, increase conversions, and drive revenue for growing international businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for lead generation and sales.
- Conduct audience research and targeting to identify high-converting customer segments.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page variations to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Manage advertising budgets and scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Use analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems to track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with overall growth strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to improve marketing outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads) campaigns.
- Proven experience with paid social media marketing and performance advertising.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing lead generation or eCommerce campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for ROI and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and analytics tools.
- Strong written communication skills for creating high-performing ad copy.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with global teams is a plus.
