Bilingual Client Intake Specialist & Remote Success Coordinator (English/Spanish)

About the Role
Are you a charismatic communicator who loves building rapport? We are seeking a Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to serve as the premier point of contact for our U.S.-based team. This is a high-initiative role where you will manage the “front door” of our business—handling high-quality customer interactions, qualifying leads, and coordinating seamlessly with our on-site leadership to ensure no client is left behind.
Core Responsibilities
- First-Touch Intake: Act as the professional and personable voice of the company for all inbound inquiries. You will manage the Client Intake process with empathy and charisma.
- Bilingual Communication: Provide seamless support in both English and Spanish, ensuring all callers feel heard and understood.
- Executive Gap Management: Take ownership of routine administrative tasks and data entry to free up senior leadership for high-impact growth.
- Office & Team Liaison: Collaborate in real-time with on-site office staff to manage complex scheduling and cross-departmental tasks.
- Process Optimization: Maintain excellence in your core duties while identifying ways to improve the customer journey and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Mastery:100% Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory (written and verbal).
- Charismatic Personality: Proven ability to build immediate rapport over the phone. You must be “personable” by nature.
- Self-Starter Initiative: High sense of ownership. You can manage a complex task list independently without constant supervision.
- Technical Readiness: High-speed internet and a professional camera/video setup are required for frequent team collaboration.
- Remote Track Record: Previous experience successfully supporting U.S.-based clients in a remote capacity.
