Job Description:
Operations Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of our academic programs by performing operational or administrative tasks that follow one of our playbooks.
- Support the Senior Analyst team on a range of technical and non-technical tasks – building automations, updating data dashboards, building new tools, etc.
Basic Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a top-25 US university, or a top-100 global university
- Able to work 40 hours Monday-Friday between 6AM CT and 6PM CT
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or Google Apps Script
- Familiarity with Canvas LMS
