About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Specialist with proven experience supporting U.S.-based brands. This role focuses heavily on content creation, including both video and graphic production, for digital marketing, social media, and website campaigns.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Canva (or comparable creative tools), understands U.S. marketing standards, and can independently produce scroll-stopping visuals and engaging short-form videos. You should be comfortable taking creative direction and translating it into polished, high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Video & Graphics)

Create engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.

Produce branded marketing assets aligned with U.S. audience expectations.

Repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms.
Social Media & Campaign Support

Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, and announcements.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals.

Optimize content for engagement and platform performance.
Website & Digital Assets

Design website banners, landing page graphics, and email visuals.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Support visual updates to marketing funnels and content pages.
Brand & Creative Standards

Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

Contribute ideas for improving brand presence and content performance.

Stay updated on U.S. digital trends and content styles.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum atleast 2 years of experience in digital design and content creation.

Proven experience supporting U.S. based clients or brands.

Expert-level proficiency in Canva (required) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools.

Strong experience in video editing for short-form and marketing content.

Solid understanding of U.S. social media trends and audience behavior.

Strong creative eye for design, layout, typography, and motion.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements

Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.

Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
