Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Creative Marketing to join our team and create a world where the only limit is human imagination. The role involves owning the creative strategy for performance campaigns, collecting and developing a team of creative marketers, and building a team workflow system.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in performance/creative marketing (at least 4 years in the direction)
• Confirmed cases of scaling: you have taken the creative function or product to significant growth in spend and ROI
• Strategic thinking: you can translate business goals into creative strategy and decompose it into specific hypotheses
• Experience in building processes and systems from scratch
• Strong metric expertise: you are fluent in the funnel (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, hold rate) and make decisions based on data
• Experience in hiring, developing, and mentoring marketers
• Maturity in working with hypotheses at the function level: you understand when to scale and when to change approach, and lead the team through uncertainty
