Role Overview
We are seeking mission-driven Community Outreach Interns to help us build relationships with local organizations, university campuses, and service providers in the areas we serve. The intern will play a key role in connecting patients to trusted referral options and strengthening the reach of our community-based care model.
What You Will Do
Research and identify local community organizations, campus services, and referral partners, assist in establishing relationships with community groups, student orgs, nonprofits, and local providers, maintain an internal resource/referral database by location, and help connect patients to support services outside of clinical care.

Requirements
- Interest in healthcare equity, public health, or culturally responsive care
- Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach
