Role Overview

As a Territory Manager, you’ll drive impact across Tennessee by supporting agency relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that create long-term value for our partners and policyholders. This territory has been built on a strong foundation, creating an opportunity to build on existing success while helping shape what’s next.

What You Will Do

Monitor agency performance, develop and execute business plans, build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, and serve as the primary liaison between Builders Mutual and agency partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of property and casualty insurance experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance principles, policy language, and underwriting practices
• Ability to build credibility and influence with agency partners and internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology tools
