Role Overview

The Program Chair manages faculty, maintains and enhances curriculum, leads or supports school and university initiatives, engages in scholarly activities, and actively participates in school and university governance. This position plays a pivotal role in driving institutional success by ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and supporting student progression toward degree or program completion.

• Demonstrated experience with ACBSP

• Minimum 5 years college/university teaching experience in an online environment
• Experience managing faculty in an online environment
• Strong understanding of discipline-specific core competencies
• Demonstrated experience in supporting student success
• Demonstrated experience in research and knowledge of current trends in their discipline
