Project Scientist/Engineer/Geologist

Role Overview

As a mid-to-senior member of our team, you’ll lead and execute environmental compliance projects with oversight from senior staff, mentor junior colleagues, and serve as a key technical contributor on Permian Basin soil and groundwater investigations.

Oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage field teams, maintain project schedules and budgets, prepare reports and deliverables, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years of project management
• Hands-on experience conducting site investigations and delineating contaminated soil and groundwater in the Permian Basin
• Working knowledge of oil and gas processes and regulations in the Permian Basin
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and requirements
• Experience applying field safety processes and procedures
• Must be local to the Carlsbad/Hobbs, NM or Midland, TX area
