Role Overview
As a customer advisor, you will play a crucial role in implementing our accounting automation solutions for customers. You will work closely with users and key users to optimize their business processes and ensure optimal use of our software.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include customer meetings, consulting, and training, as well as automation optimization, feedback collection, setup and onboarding, and problem-solving and troubleshooting.

We are looking for someone with experience in financial accounting or tax consulting, or project or process management, who is a strong communicator and can work problem-free with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in financial accounting or tax consulting, ideally in the DATEV environment
- Experience in project or process management, preferably in the SaaS or BMD environment
- Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
