Role Overview
The Contact Systems Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for prospective students, handling inbound or outbound calls, and is responsible for using multiple scripts to support calling campaigns.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound or outbound calls, use interactive scripting tools to determine student qualifications, warm transfer prospective students to admissions advisors, and maintain accurate student records.

Requirements
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Computer Skills (Office Suite)
