Join a compassionate home health and home care team providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes and communities. This role requires dependability, patience, and a service-driven attitude.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care support, assist with daily living needs, and make a real difference in someone’s day. Key responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting, as well as preparing meals and assisting with feeding.

Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to follow written care instructions and document services
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
