Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Colombia to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, consolidating relationships with decision-makers and contributing to the profitable growth of Kashio in the Colombian market.

What You Will Do

Prospecting and developing opportunities in sectors such as Gambling and Bets, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education, Automotive, and Real Estate. Managing the commercial funnel, ensuring the advancement of opportunities through each stage of the pipeline.

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in B2B sales in fintech, banking, SaaS, or payment methods.
  • Degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the Colombian financial ecosystem (acquisition, payment gateways, PSPs, reconciliation, or automation).
  • Mastery of consultative sales methodologies and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English.
