Role Overview

Provide telephone support for motorists seeking information regarding the Georgia Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program. Troubleshoot and provide administrative support for inspection station, repair industry, and Georgia Clean Air Force personnel.

What You Will Do

Respond to telephone inquiries, resolve issues, interact with inspection station personnel, open and dispatch service calls, and generate orders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, dependable, reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. One year of working in a Customer Service or Call Center environment and experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.
