Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing localization and data collection projects, ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. You will manage resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders while maintaining the highest quality standards across multilingual and AI-related initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations. Plan and oversee multilingual data collection projects, including audio, video, image, transcription, annotation, and other AI-related data gathering activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Translation, International Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, Linguistics, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in Project Management within a Language Services Provider (LSP), localization company, or data collection environment
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with project management and localization tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions
