Role Overview
As the Head of Deal Desk and Strategy at Vanta, you will own the strategy, structure, and execution of our global Deal Desk function, driving Sales velocity while protecting commercial integrity across every deal Vanta closes.
What You Will Do
Lead and grow a global Deal Desk team, own deal strategy, improve frameworks, and partner with Sales leadership, Accounting, Legal, and Finance to ensure deal structures are compliant.

- Proven ability to build and scale a deal desk function
- High sales empathy
- Executive-level stakeholder management skills across Sales, Legal, and Accounting
- Strategic thinker who builds scalable programs, not just manages transactions
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
