- Learn and understand the product codebase, assisting middle and senior engineers with lower-complexity tasks
- Troubleshoot escalated customer support issues beyond first-line capabilities
- Contribute to technical excellence by writing tests, addressing technical debt, and improving code quality
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices for reporting, integrations, and core workflows
- Participate in engineering routines such as grooming, task breakdown, estimation, and technical improvements

- 1+ year of commercial software engineering experience in a production environment
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals with practical experience in Node.js or Go

- Understanding of software development best practices including testing and maintainable implementation

- Upper-Intermediate English for daily collaboration
