Role Overview

Join our international Creatio consulting team of professionals and make your skills and career shine. We are looking for a Creatio Business Analyst to provide expert guidance, implementation and customization of Creatio for clients.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, design and architect customized Creatio solutions, lead the implementation of Creatio CRM solutions, and provide training and ongoing support for clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with Creatio (bpm’ online) CRM solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Creatio projects for clients
  • Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and CRM customization
  • Proficiency in Creatio platform configuration, customization, and development
  • Experience with Creatio integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, API integration)
  • Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Creatio certification(s) would be an advantage
