Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily cybersecurity operations and ensure the timely resolution of security-related requests.
• Manage and coordinate incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
• Monitor and improve security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and DLP solutions.
• Identify security gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support the security operations team.

You’ll be a great match if you have:

• Strong hands-on experience with security operations tools and technologies (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, etc.).
• Solid understanding of network, endpoint, and cloud security.
• Proven experience in incident response and threat investigation.
• At least 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
