What You Will Do
- Slam logistics bottlenecks – track shipments, sync inventory, keep trucks rolling.
- Jump into action – clients lean on you to learn their systems (2-5 days) and deliver fast.
- Work remote – 20-40 hours per week, no office, no micromanagement, just accountability.
Must-Have Skills and Attitude
- Logistics Grit – You have coordinated under pressure – military ops, not desk-jockey stuff.
- Discipline – Deadlines are non-negotiable – own it or get out.
- Problem-Solving – Chaos does not faze you – you fix it, no whining.
- Adaptability – Learn new tools fast – clients throw you in, you figure it out.
- No-Nonsense – You are here to work, not play victim – leave the soft stuff at home.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience with logistics platforms: ShipStation, SAP, NetSuite, Truckstop, DAT.
- Trucking, warehousing, or e-commerce background – military or civilian.
