Role Overview
Monitor imaging systems, worklists, and reports to ensure exam accuracy and completeness. Communicate with radiologists, physicians, and client teams to support daily operations. Handle support calls and data entry.
What You Will Do
Generate and review operational reports, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely updates to team members.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. Familiarity with medical terminology, PACS, EHR, or EMR systems is preferred.
Requirements
- Background in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, Customer Service, or related support environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
