Commercial Manager (Offshore)

• Commercial assistance for all new construction projects and bids
• Examine and discuss all shipyard and vendor quotes.
• Oversee all new construction projects’ budgets.
• Keep an eye on and settle contractual and business concerns related to a new construction project.
• Communicate with the project/site team to make sure they comprehend and follow the responsibilities under contracts and the effects on business.
• Make certain that any engineering modification that affects commerce is recorded and updated.
• Examine the shipyard’s and vendors’ quotes and site instructions.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes for equipment needed for the creation of new vessels.
• Create efficient workflows for the site crew, project assistance, and business/finance.
• Make certain that the current PR and PO are escalated promptly.
• The weekly commercial report is updated.

Qualifications:

• Engineering, supply chain, or marine-related occupations require a minimum diploma or degree.
• At least five years of relevant job experience.
• Capable of working with little supervision and exhibiting good initiative.
• Being proactive while maintaining a high feeling of urgency.
• Strong organisational and people abilities.
• The capacity for multitasking.
• Efficient and meticulous.
