Job Scope:
- Handle the purchasing process including sourcing, price negotiation, and placing orders.
- Perform data entry of Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain procurement records.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and stock take.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and collaborate with teams for process improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation skills.
Electrical knowledge or experience in marine/offshore industry is a plus.
