Leadership Pathway
CMO.Church is seeking a Marketing Ministry Resident through the Leadership Pathway program, offering a part time, remote opportunity for a developing leader to gain hands-on experience in a growing, mission-driven organization. The mission is to help the church ecosystem increase their caliber of marketing and digital outreach. This residency is designed to equip a future ministry leader through intentional mentorship, structured leadership development, and grow in their character and competencies.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- is wanting a great “field experience” for their first steps in the field of marketing and working with churches
– coachable / teachable
– team player
We love undergrad, graduate students, or post-education. It doesn’t matter to us where in your journey you are … we’ll walk with you.
