Group Compliance Manager

Our client is looking for Group compliance manager to establish a compliance structure for a rapidly expanding company with multiple licensed companies. 

Job responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a solid compliance framework.
• Evaluate, improve, and supervise the company’s compliance with regulatory standards and corporate SOPs by overseeing the regulatory department.
• Assist the Group with compliance issues.
• Consult and coordinate with regulatory agencies, external advisors and diverse stakeholders on a variety of compliance and legal issues.
• Providing support with license applications in a wide range of jurisdictions
• Regularly conduct risk and compliance audits of company SOPs and documentation to detect potential violations, flaws or dangers and respond appropriately to discoveries.
• Keep up with regulatory changes and make recommendations for optimal standards.

Job requirements:

• At least 8 years of related experience in navigating compliance matters is required
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory standards, such as MAS Notices and Guidelines, PDPA, Financial Advisers Act, AML/CFT regulations and Securities & Futures Act
• Industry knowledge in Fund Management, Fintech Industry and Financial Advisory is desirable.
• Past experience working with MAS will be advantageous
• Excellent MS Office abilities and familiarity with information technologies
• Self-motivated entrepreneur who thrives in a rapidly, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders throughout the worldwide teams
• Able to liaise in Mandarin in order to interface with main stakeholders in China and Taiwan will be a plus

• Salary range: Up to $8,500.00 per month
