Must-Have Skills & Experience:-
- 8+ years of experience with BI Reporting tools and with last 3-4 years of experience with Power BI, Power BI desktop, and Power BI services.
- 3-4 years of experience in leading a team of developers and doing onsite-offshore coordination.
- Must have Experienced hands-on Power BI with advanced Power BI development and visualization skills.
- Must have ability to discover, design implement and drive the client discussions.
- Work with Business closely for the requirements and develop the Executive Dashboards/reports.
- Well-versed and experienced with Power BI dimensional modeling. No learning on the job.
- Experience with advanced Power BI visualization features and implementation.
- Knows how to connect to SQL Server and other database sources for datasets.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, to communicate with customers and business stakeholders regularly.
