Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases.

  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce company solutions.

  • Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, qualifying them for the sales pipeline.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

  • Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the software industry.

  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with selling software solutions such as HR platforms, business process automation tools, or cybersecurity products.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and virtual communication platforms.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
