We’re hiring an Integrations Specialist to support our Senior Digital Growth Managers by executing repeatable, process-driven tasks across our internal systems and delivery workflows.
- Working from home
- Can work to any KMC sites

- WordPress experience – updating plugins, themes, custimizations (admin rather than developer) – 10% work Monitoring websites , font style – spacing – UI feel
- Tech-Comfortable: Experience with digital tools such as spreadsheets, Google Workspace and the ability to effectively context-switch between platforms across the varied tech stacks of our clients
- Basic Business Acumen: Have a general understanding on how marketing and sales operate within businesses
- Process-Driven: You prefer structure and are comfortable working with repeatable tasks and workflows.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with a proactive approach to communication.
- Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work and ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring things out and improving how things are done
- Workflow mapping and implementation: Basic understanding and experience with building automated workflows in platforms such as CRMs like Hubspot, or no-code platforms like Zapier or IFTTT conversion tracking/reporting
