Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Order Management Cloud
Qualifications:
- Experience implementing Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising and Shipping.
- Advanced knowledge of Order Orchestration, Pricing Strategy, Order Sourcing, Promising and Shipping.
- Experience in general support or implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain Management.
- Oracle ERP Cloud Order Management or other certifications.
- Experience in solution workshops, Order-to-Cash tracking and mentoring junior staff.
- Understand customer requirements and create functional design documents.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to convey functional solutions offshore.
- Basic understanding of cloud ERP data models (supply chain, finance, product development, TCA) – with the goal of bridging the gap between inventory and purchasing (for direct delivery transactions).
- Coordination of deliverables with offshore team.
