What You Will Do

Set and evolve the enterprise benefits and wellbeing strategy, aligning programs to business priorities and workforce needs. Lead execution of a multi-year roadmap spanning health, retirement, and wellbeing. Oversee design, delivery, and governance of U.S. and Canada programs, including medical, pharmacy, retirement, leave, financial wellbeing, and holistic wellbeing initiatives.

8+ years of progressive experience in Benefits or Total Rewards. 3+ years leading teams and developing talent. Deep expertise in U.S. benefits, with working knowledge of Canadian programs. Track record of leading benefits strategy in large, multi-state or global organizations.
