Join Ford Motor Company’s Global Data Insight & Analytics team as a Senior Software Engineer to help create the future of smart mobility. You will work on cutting-edge, on-premises and cloud analytic solutions, modernizing the portfolio by embedding Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agentic workflows.
What You Will Do
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation analytical solutions, including AI & Agentic Solution Development, AI-Assisted Software Engineering, Product & Requirements Management, Technical Design & Architecture, Modern Operations & DevOps, and Reliability & Continuous Improvement.

Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and deploying cloud applications
- Experience with Generative AI tools and agentic coding assistants
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with multi-agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Experience with Agile framework and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and automated credential rotation
