Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and mature Sales & Admin Manager (Female Only) with proven sales and management experience. You’ll lead a small remote team, manage sales operations, oversee admin workflows, train team members when required, and set/achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is results-driven, process-oriented, and able to drive virtual enrollments efficiently while keeping operations smooth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management

Manage and supervise a small remote team (including admin executives).

Conduct daily stand-ups (10:00–10:15 a.m.) and assign tasks effectively.

Set and monitor sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

Motivate and drive the team to hit enrollment and operational goals.
Lead & Call Management

Manage and track lead calls via Odoo CRM.

Ensure timely follow-ups on physical and virtual leads.

Monitor correct usage of admission forms, CRM updates, and lead tracking.

Improve sales call structure, pitch, and conversion processes.
Admin & Data Reporting

Supervise admissions, payment tracking, and job posting workflows.

Maintain accurate CRM data (Odoo) and Google Sheets dashboards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Troubleshoot gaps in reporting or data tracking and implement fixes.
Process & Performance Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.

Drive structured sales processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Work closely with the founder to align on sales strategy and targets.
Who Should Apply?
Experience & Background
-
Around 2 OR 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or CRM-based operations.

At least 6 months of managerial/team handling experience preferred.

Prior exposure to training or managing team performance is a plus.
Must-Have Skills

Strong sales drive with proven ability to hit targets.

Confident Hindi communication (English preferred but not mandatory).

Good people management and team motivation skills.

Hands-on with CRM tools (Odoo preferred), Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
Tools & Requirements

Own laptop/desktop with stable internet.

Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

SIM card for calls will be provided.
