Pandektes
We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative to help us bring Pandektes to legal professionals across our UK market. You’ll be the first point of contact for new customers and owning the full top-of-funnel: prospecting, outreach, and booking high-quality meetings. This is an early-stage role with real impact, built for someone who wants to grow fast in a category-defining legal tech company.
About Pandektes
Legal research hasn’t changed much in decades. Lawyers still spend countless hours navigating fragmented sources, outdated systems, and complex databases just to find the information they need.
At Pandektes, we’re changing that.
Our ambition is to build the leading global platform for legal research and the largest AI-powered legal database. By combining artificial intelligence, intelligent search, and continuously updated legal sources, we’re redefining how legal knowledge is accessed, understood, analyzed, and applied.
Pandektes has raised more than €4 million and most recently closed a €2.9 million seed round (Feb 2025) led by People Ventures, Interface Capital, and leading angels. Pandektes already serves more than 350 customers across Denmark, Germany and Switzerland.

What you’ll do

Owning outbound prospecting – researching, generating, and acquiring new leads

Book high-quality meetings with potential customers, from law firms to private and public institutions, by understanding their needs and clearly positioning Pandektes‘ value

Find creative ways to reach new prospects and continuously test what works

Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication

Keep the pipeline accurate and up-to-date in HubSpot

Act as a feedback loop between customers, Customer Success, and Product – making sure real user insights drive platform improvements
What you’ll bring

Some sales experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment and/or a background in the legal space

Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills

Initiative and creativity when it comes to outreach and finding new ways to prospect

A proactive, self-starting mindset that also thrives in a collaborative team

Strong organizational skills for managing multiple conversations and priorities at once

The ability to present solutions that genuinely resonate with legal professionals – if you don’t yet have legal knowledge, you’ll be supported by our in-house lawyers and expected to learn quickly

Fluent in English
Nice to have

Background in legal or a law degree

Interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI (basic knowledge of AI and LLMs is a plus
