Description

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Assistant to manage, create, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, engagement strategies, and social media trends.

This is a 9hr hours per day), ideal for someone who wants to contribute creatively while working remotely.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, short videos/reels).
  • Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns.
  • Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record with examples/portfolio of past work.
  • Strong skills in content creation (graphics, reels, captions).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in the 9 shift.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of IT/Consulting/Training industry.
  • Knowledge of paid ad campaigns.
