Role Overview
Lead the company’s global technology vision, platform architecture, and engineering execution across payments and digital asset infrastructure.

Requirements
- 12–18+ years in technology leadership roles (fintech, payments, or crypto preferred)
- Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with blockchain technologies and digital asset platforms
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and platforms globally
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities
Responsibilities
- Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business growth
- Lead engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams globally
- Build scalable, secure, and high-availability payment and digital asset systems
- Oversee blockchain integrations, wallets, custody, and settlement systems
- Drive platform reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance (e.g., data protection)
- Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and system architecture
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams
- Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
