As a Spanish Bilingual Associate Renewals Manager, you will manage customer renewals and retention with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. This role is essential for maximizing customer retention, minimizing churn, and ensuring that the renewal process aligns with client needs. The position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a proactive approach to customer success and collaboration with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Maximize customer retention rates by using effective sales techniques over the phone, video, and email in both English and Spanish, with a focus on reducing customer churn and contraction.
- Oversee the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded.
- Evaluate license usage and complete true-up requirements for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Understand and align with customers’ business needs and goals to generate accurate renewal quotes in both languages.
- Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
- Ensure renewals are completed on time to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies, leveraging customer analytics and metrics, and applying insights for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Liaise with customers in both languages to ensure POs and order forms are accurately completed for internal approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role, with bilingual experience preferred.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
