Job Description Summary

As Senior Sourcing Manager – Sourcing Analytics, you will serve as a strategic architect for the Global Sourcing organization, translating data into executive-level decision support. You will own the global analytics operating rhythm, orchestrating Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) that provide transparency into our most critical business drivers. You will be responsible for advancing our digital maturity, specifically by scaling the adoption of Gen AI and Agentic AI to modernize how we forecast, report, and problem-solve. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded leader capable of exercising independent judgment to navigate complex, multi-functional challenges.

Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Operating Rhythm: Lead the Global Sourcing analytics agenda and own the MOR process. Ensure leadership is equipped with predictive insights and high-fidelity reporting to drive continuous improvement in service, quality, and timeliness. Drive Lean mindset through standard work and daily management.

  • AI-Driven Transformation: Define and execute the roadmap for integrating Gen AI and Agentic AI into our workflow. Shift our analytics function from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive intelligence.

  • Executive Advisory: Proactively anticipate the needs of leadership by bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy. Act as a trusted advisor, synthesizing internal and external data points to construct actionable recommendations for senior management.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Apply high-level evaluative judgment to diagnose systemic issues. Challenge the status quo by developing solutions outside of established parameters and influencing stakeholders across the business to adopt new methodologies.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Champion cross-functional collaboration. Assess information quality rigorously, ask the “right” questions of global stakeholders, and drive consensus to move high-stakes initiatives forward.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience

  • Significant, demonstrable experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, or Commercial Operations.

  • Proven track record of leading executive-level operating reviews and influencing organizational strategy.

  • High proficiency in data modeling, spend analytics, and translating complex datasets into clear, executive narratives.

  • Demonstrated experience in the application of Lean principles and tools.

  • Fluency in English with superior verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • Master’s degree in Business (MBA), Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.

  • Technical fluency in Gen AI/Agentic AI frameworks and their application in procurement environments.

  • Expertise in ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and advanced visualization tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change in a large, matrixed, global environment.

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in driving process excellence.

  • Strategic foresight: The ability to identify market trends before they impact our supply chain and pivot strategy accordingly.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $125,000 and $208,300. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.
