About the Role

We are seeking a proactive,high-energy Appointment Setterwith experience in the real estate industry to manage lead outreach, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our team.

This roleincludes cold callingand follow-ups to generate and secure appointments. It isnot a sales or closing position, success in this role comes from persistence, professionalism, and strong communication, not closing deals.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conductoutbound cold callsto prospective leads to introduce services andbook appointments.

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp (English and Spanish).

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine next steps.

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for agents and consultants.

  • Follow up persistently with leads to reduce no-shows and re-engage inactive prospects.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records (lead status, notes, call outcomes, appointments).

  • Send appointment confirmations, property information, and follow-up messages.

  • Coordinate closely with agents to ensure a smooth handoff once appointments are set.

  • Perform light administrative tasks related to lead management and scheduling.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Fluency inEnglish and Spanish(spoken and written).

  • Previous experience inappointment setting, cold calling, lead qualification, or real estate support.

  • High energy, confident phone presence, and comfort with outbound calling.

  • Strong self-motivation and ability to stay productive without constant supervision.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience using CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in U.S. or international real estate markets.

  • Background in high-volume outbound calling or appointment-setting roles.

  • Familiarity with WhatsApp as a primary client communication tool.

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms used for business.
